Rosemary's Preserves provides a mouth-watering array of Jams, Jellies, Marmalades & Chutneys. All our products are home made, many from traditional country recipes. We use as much home grown and locally sourced ingredients as possible. Bought in ingredients are selected for their quality and the ethical standards by which they are produced and traded.
Home Baked Cakes include Fruitcakes, Gingerbread and Flapjacks.
Pure pasteurised Apple Juice is produced from local apples. We also press juice from Pears and Grapes and make mixtures of Apple Juice with Blackberries, Quinces, Pears, Root Ginger or Carrots. Packs of spice are available for making a hot mulled apple juice drink. We also make our own Elderflower Cordial.
Juice Pressing:- We can press juice from your own fruit, which can be pasteurised and bottled for you, or returned to you fresh to be brewed into your own wine or cider,
We are grateful for the return of jars and bottles to be re-used, because of the concern we and our customers have for the environment.
